Users are solely responsible for verifying expense information and settling debts outside the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Owely and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (expense descriptions, receipts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Owely a license to use, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
